Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression Centers and Syndication, Inc., a development
stage company, operates as a consulting company. It acquires controlling interests
in or to participate in the creation of, and to provide financial, management,
and technical support to development stage businesses, e-commerce businesses,
and traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. The company assists target companies
in various capacities, including the development and implementation of business
models to provide solutions to traditional companies; building corporate infrastructure;
managing rapid growth; evaluating and negotiating corporate transactions; and
providing advice relating to corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting
operations. Syndication, through its subsidiary, Syndicated Properties, also involves
in real estate appraisal, evaluation, and development. The company was formerly
known as Syndication Net.com, Inc. and changed its name to Syndication, Inc. in
April 2006. Syndication is headquartered in Damascus, MD. In
April 2007 the company launched a wholly owned Subsidiary named “Sy-Med
Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression Centers.” Sy-Med Chiropractic &
Spinal Decompression Centers is engaged in the business of providing a non-surgical
treatment option for patients with back pain due to lumbar disc herniation, degenerative
disc disease, sciatica, facet syndrome and spinal stenosis. Clinical studies have
shown that spinal decompression treatments are more than 82% effective in relieving
lower back pain and sciatica. The company’s business plan calls for a roll
out of 10 Sy-Med Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression Centers over the next
12 months. The roll out will include a combination of “Fee Per Click”
partnership arrangements with current operating Chiropractic Centers and stand
alone “doc in the box” centers that provide only decompression treatment
services. Sy-Med Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression
Centers has the right to place our Company Owned Centers or offer our Fee per
Click services any where in the USA. However it is the intent of the Company to
concentrate on the Mid-Atlantic region with a specific concentration on the State
of Maryland. The plan calls for a roll out of 10 units over the next 12 months.
2.0 Public Status. The company
is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of the public owned Company Syndication
Inc. (SYNJ.PK) on the NASDQ, Over the Counter Bulletin Board. Management

have been elected to serve until the next annual meeting of the stockholders of
the Company and until their respective successors have been elected and qualified
or until death, resignation, removal or disqualification. Vacancies in the existing
Board are filled by a majority vote of the remaining directors on the Board. The
Company's executive officers are appointed by and serve at the discretion of the

Robert L. McClure is a 1997 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic.
Dr. McClure graduated with a second Bachelor's degree, Human Biology, received
a certificate in acupuncture, and attained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.
Dr. McClure was also nominated for 'Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities'
at the undergraduate and doctorate levels. During his undergraduate years he was
selected to Phi Kappa Phi, a national academic and higher education advancement
fraternity. While attaining his degrees and achieving his accomplishments, he
earned two distinguished service ribbons in the military. His
practice focuses on sports injuries, shoulder problems, and trauma due to auto
and work injuries. Prior experience with chiropractors and physical therapists
has proven rewarding for his patients as he uses a multifaceted and well–rounded
approach to health recovery and health maintenance, including, but not limited
to, nutrition, rehabilitation, and chiropractic care. Mark
Solomon, 51, serves as President and Director of the Company. Mr. Solomon
received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Nova University in 1976 and in 1979
received his Jurist Doctor from Nova University Law School. Mr. Solomon is currently
a practicing attorney in the business and criminal law fields. Mr. Solomon brings
to the board of directors a broad background in criminal and business law as it
relates to the day to day corporate activities of the Company. Brian
Sorrentino, 51, serves as the CEO of the Company. Mr. Sorrentino has worked
in the Securities Industry since 1986 and has been licensed series 6, 7, and 24.
He resigned his securities license in 1993 and became a syndication specialist
for Syndication Inc. a publicly owned and SEC reporting consulting firm. Mr. Sorrentino
has specialized in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations. His experience
in contract development, negotiation skills and sales will provide strong and
irreplaceable advantages for the Company as it efforts to implement its business
plan. Howard S. Siegel, 57, serves
as a director of the Company. Mr. Siegel received his Jurist Doctor in 1969 from
St. Mary's University Law School. Since 1969, Mr. Siegel has been a practicing
attorney. Mr. Siegel is currently of counsel with the law office of Yuen &
Associates. Mr. Siegel was employed with the Internal revenue Service, Tenneco,
Inc., Superior Oil Company and Braswell & Paterson, a counsel for the company.
Mr. Siegel serves as a director of Golden Triangle Industries, Inc. (GTII), a
public company traded on the NASDAQ exchange, and serves as a director for Signature
Motor Cars, Inc, a privately held company.
